Supertec Incubators ("Supertec") provides the following limited warranty for eligible hardware sold under the Supertec brand. Warranty periods depend on product category as set out below. Extended or commercial terms may be stated in your written quotation or sales agreement and will prevail for that order where they differ from this summary. This policy supplements any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

Warranty periods by product type

Manual incubatorsFour (4) months from delivery or handover, as stated on your invoice.
Automatic incubators (small, medium, and similar automated models)Six (6) months from delivery or handover, unless your quotation states otherwise.
Large industrial machinesAs agreed in writing — depends on size, complexity, and negotiated terms (for example, longer coverage for major hatchery lines). The warranty period and any lifetime service offers will be specified in your quotation or contract.

"Lifetime free after-sale service" where offered on a specific order refers to labour or support as defined in that order's terms; it does not extend the limited warranty on parts and manufacturing defects beyond the written warranty period unless explicitly stated.

What is covered

During the applicable warranty period, Supertec will, at its option, repair or replace products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as described in the product manual.

  • Integral electrical components of the control system when failure is not due to excluded causes.
  • Factory-installed sensors subject to calibration limits in the technical documentation.
  • Warranty is generally for the original purchaser; transfer may apply where local law requires.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Electrical supply issues — grid instability, surges, incorrect voltage, lightning, or inadequate site electrical installation.
  • Physical damage — impacts, drops, crushing, or stress after delivery.
  • Liquid / environmental damage — water ingress, flooding, condensation from improper ventilation, or operation outside published environmental ranges.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair, non-approved parts, or firmware changes not authorized by Supertec.
  • Fire, pests, theft, or force majeure.
  • Normal wear of consumables, cosmetic finishes, or gradual changes within specification tolerances.
